1. I have a 27 inch imac 4 gig of ram with a nividia 8800 and core due 3.06. will graphics card run the game at all???

   1. Your graphics card should work but it’s very old and will probably only run the game on low graphics.

   1. It’s an integrated graphics card? You’re going to be having an issue when it comes to future more demanding games. AMD A6-4400M is like having a Radeon HD 7520G so you’ll be able to play this game Low to Medium. I’d go for a more powerful graphics card though.

    I’m looking to buy a new laptop and the one I’m interested in has the following specs. Will it run SimCity? I think you might have answered it above but just want to make sure. Thanks SOOOOO much in advance. I know don’t know much about computers and so the “system requirements” is somewhat jibberish to me!

    1. You may only run the game on low settings.

    1. Your computer is below minimum requirements. You’ll have to upgrade which includes getting a better power supply unit and all that that’s compatible. If you can’t do this yourself I could suggest a new computer based on your price range.

    1. That’s a pretty old card though. It will probably have trouble running the game.

       1. Sorry for the late response, but your computer is OK. It should be able to run it from low to medium settings. But you should try investing in a laptop with a better graphics card if you can.

    Or should I just buy ram for my desktop which has, I believe, a geforce 9600 video card.

26. The system specs for Mac were quietly changed. GeForce 9400 is no longer compatible with the game, which means I won’t be buying it now.
